What this site collects, and what it does with it

Who we are

This site is published by Zindagi Technologies Private Limited, corporate office 301, 3rd Floor, Bakshi House, Nehru Place, New Delhi 110019. LogVeil is our product. Anything about you that this site collects is collected by us, for the purposes below and no other.

What the site collects by itself: nothing

The pages set no cookies and load no analytics script, no advertising script and no font, script or image from any other domain. There is no tracking of any kind in the page.

Your theme choice (light or dark), if you make one, is stored in your own browser under the key theme and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver a page and to defend the site, Cloudflare processes the request itself — your address, your browser's identification string, the page requested — as any web server must; we see only aggregate statistics (requests, countries, paths), never a visitor's identity.

The early-access form

If you ask for early access, we collect what you type: your name, your work e-mail address, your organisation, your role, your sector, the OEM estate you run and your message. We collect it for one purpose — to assess and respond to your enquiry about early access to LogVeil — and we do so with your consent, which you give by ticking the box above the button and can withdraw at any time by writing to us.

The form is delivered by Formspree, a form service hosted in the United States. Formspree receives your submission, stores it, and e-mails it to us at [email protected]. It therefore sits on Formspree's servers in the United States and in our mailbox. We do not sell it, share it with anyone else, or use it for any other purpose.

The form also carries a hidden field that people never see; a submission that fills it is treated as automated and discarded.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while it is open and while early access is being arranged with you. Write to us at any time and we will delete it from our mailbox and ask Formspree to delete it from theirs.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. You may also raise a grievance about how we have handled it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer.

Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. What the site collects will not grow without this page saying so first.
