One provider opens cases for many customers. Each bundle is one customer's network.
Large enterprises run multi-OEM networks, and many hand their operation to a managed-service provider that opens vendor cases on their behalf — for many customers at once. LogVeil is being built as an offline kit for the operator's own virtual machines, so that what reaches the vendor is rewritten under the customer's own policy with a signed record of what was done; a provider that runs one installation for several customers depends on per-tenant isolation, which is planned for the full product.
About this page
This page is a summary
The sector detail for enterprise and integrator-run estates is not written, and nothing here is sector-specific: what is here is what LogVeil is designed to do for any organisation that sends a diagnostic bundle to a vendor, framed on your own policy.
The fit
How LogVeil is designed to fit
Your policy, your dictionary, your key
in developmentThe customer writes the rules and holds the key; Zindagi never sees either.
Verified — and honest about what isn’t
in developmentA separate verification stage re-scans the output with independent scanners, fails closed, and signs an attestation that also says what is not claimed.
Reversible under control
in developmentWhen the TAC replies about a masked address, your engineer can translate it back — and nobody else can.
Built for the air gap
in developmentAn offline kit for your own VMs; nothing phones home; AI is optional, off by default, and never touches the result.
Per-tenant isolation
plannedOne installation serving several customers, each under its own policy and key, depends on per-tenant isolation — planned for the full product.
The path
From a proof-of-concept on your own bundles to your own operation
-
First
Early access
Early access is a free, guided proof-of-concept on your own bundles inside your own network: you choose the bundles, you write the policy with our help, and you keep the key; we hand over the offline kit, run the first jobs with your engineers, and leave you with the attestations.
-
Then
The offline kit, for your own operation
in developmentAn offline kit for your own VMs; nothing phones home; AI is optional, off by default, and never touches the result.

On the roadmap
An appliance
plannedA server with a local GPU for local AI and TPM-sealed keys. No bill of quantities, no price — it is a roadmap item.
Status, and the next step
LogVeil is in development. An early-access programme opens after our first field trial.
